Sachi Precast Solutions executed the Tata Power Mudra project by delivering large-scale precast infrastructure components including box culverts, slabs, pipe racks, and beams. The project required advanced engineering solutions to overcome on-site construction limitations while meeting strict technical and operational standards.

High-Elevation Precast Execution & Heavy-Duty Infrastructure Delivery

One of the key project challenges involved structural slabs that were required to be installed at heights of up to 35 meters, making conventional on-site casting impractical and unsafe. To address this, Sachi Precast engineered and manufactured these elements using controlled precast production methods, ensuring dimensional accuracy, structural integrity, and seamless on-site installation.

In addition, the project included large precast box culverts designed to manage efficient water flow under heavy operational conditions, along with high-capacity pipe racks developed to safely support critical power transmission cables. Each component was manufactured to meet precise technical specifications provided by the client, including load performance requirements, durability standards, and installation tolerances.

Through factory-controlled production, detailed quality checks, and coordinated site deployment, Sachi Precast enabled faster execution timelines while minimizing on-site construction complexity. This integrated precast approach ensured safe installation at elevated heights, reduced manpower dependency, and delivered long-term structural reliability for this critical power infrastructure project.
