Sachi Precast collaborated with Adani on a phased modular construction project aimed at improving execution efficiency under challenging geographical conditions. The project transitioned from conventional on-site construction to a precast-driven approach, enabling faster delivery, optimized manpower utilization, and improved construction quality.

Project Execution & Precast Transformation

The project initially began with traditional on-site construction methods, which resulted in operational constraints due to difficult terrain, labor availability issues, and extended timelines. To address these challenges, Adani introduced a partial precast scope with Sachi Precast, allowing key structural components to be manufactured off-site and assembled on location.

After evaluating the performance of the initial precast phase, Sachi Precast proposed a comprehensive, integrated precast solution. In the final phase, we supplied and installed major precast structural elements, significantly reducing on-site dependency, accelerating construction schedules, and improving overall project efficiency.
